We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • In-Store Pickup: Available during business hours.

  • Delivery Services: Local delivery is available for bulky items (e.g., lumber, special orders). Fees and scheduling depend on distance and product size.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see our return guidelines below:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut materials, mixed paint, special orders, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be made in-store for eligible items.

How to Return an Item

  • In-Store: Bring the item and receipt to the customer service desk.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
